Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are based on an initial assessment of your property and the work required.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate.
  • Prices given includes: Labor, Paint, and Material needed to complete the job.

Scheduling & Timing

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once a deposit is received (if required).
  • Start and completion times are approximate and may vary depending on weather, drying times, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will always notify you of any significant changes to the schedule.

Preparation & Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for moving personal items and protecting furniture in the work area.
  • Walls and surfaces should be clear of obstacles unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any required repairs or surface prep outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • We strive to accommodate reschedules whenever possible.

Payments & Receipts

  • Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your estimate or invoice.
  • If rewarded this job, our policy requires a 50% deposit of the total cost.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, e-transfer.
  • A receipt will be provided upon full payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • If you are not satisfied with the work, please notify us within 7 days so we can address any concerns promptly.
  • For your record, we are insured and bonded with WCB.

Safety & Liability

  • Our team follows strict safety guidelines while on your property.
  • We are fully insured; however, we are not responsible for damage to items not removed or protected prior to work.
